Ratliff Electric

Hodges Construction was asked by Ratliff Electric to take their rough layout sketch and bring it to life.

This facility is 22,400 sqft. and included 7,000 sqft. of office space, 8,000 sqft. of interior warehousing and approximately 7,400 sqft of covered exterior parking and storage. With the help of some of our strategic partners, Hodges Construction developed conceptual drawings to be finalized by the clients as well as presented to the bank for funding. Upon final approval, Hodges Construction began the building process. The duration of this project was approximately 10-months.
